
After installing the app go to settings then temperament, the bagpipe setting is hidden as Great Highland Bagpipe right at the bottom.

I just downloaded the app. No bagpipes. I paid for it, but no bagpipes. It is the latest app.

When I tune my drones with this app it goes from 470 down to 233 hz is that normal?

I've written a free android bagpipe tuner specifically for the pipes - the Accord Bagpipe Tuner. It is available on google play, and I'm sure you will like it.
